Anyone tried the Toyo Proxes tires, and where can I buy them?

At the local street car shootout a few weeks ago there were some pretty fast cars in the street (non drag) radial class and they were all running the Toyo tires. One guy cutting 1.8 60' foots on them. I think I am going o give them a try, but where can I buy them on the internet? Thanks Steve

I would try Tire Rack or Discount Tire.

Make sure you get the Proxes RA1. Be aware that they have shortened tread depth but not as bad as the Nitto or BFG DRs. Most amazing thing I ever saw was Eddie Bello driving his 911 Turbo from NJ to So FL, and with no burnout, pull the wheels off the line and on the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts on the way to mid-9s @ 160+, then drve the car back home. Now, those are street tires .

BTW, he was running 255/50-16s.
