I use uTorrent and I use mininova, thepiratebay, isohunt, and demonoid. Quality is best on demonoid because it's a private/invite only tracker. The rest just depend on what you're looking for.

When I went to demonoid I saw that they were private, is there any way to get in the back door?

Azureus (well now its Vuze) as the downloader, and thepiratebay or mininova. Only problem is pirate bay just sold to some company, and mininova is getting some huge lawsuit against them... so they will probably be gone before too long.

Back door? No. You may be able to find demonoid torrents on other tracking sites but the site is by invitation only.
