Anyone using or have use aluminum retainers?

Just curious if they will hold up to our spring pressures or is you should stay clear of them. If you have or are currently using them, how long?

i have used them on sbc motor with stronger than z-28 springs and they worked out fine just make sure the top of the dampner in the spring has a flat surface so it dont cut into the alum.
