Anyone using the PSM supplemental PCV valve?

It sounds a lot like ATR's old check valve that was sold years ago. Probably works on the same principle and may very well suffer the same flaw the the ATR valve did.

Makes a great check valve but a poor PCV, simply because these cars are quite sensitive to the wrong PCV valving. It's a specificly metered amount of vacuum leak, and as such, if the wrong PCV is installed the car's tune will suffer (sorta like an unwanted vacuum leak might cause).

If using one, I'd recommend placing it in series with the proper stock PCV to ensure proper metering.
 
Pete's valve is *not* like the ATR valve. It *is* made to his specifications. It and the OEM PCV are to be used in combination, per Pete's instructions.

I use them on 3 cars with good results.

Pete is an engineer and knows his stuff. As a side note, his cold air kits are the best thought out, highest quality on the market. My advice - phone him and see for yourself.
