Just thought I would pass this along to everyone....

As our end of year/pre-christmas sale we have $1250 off all 2007 in-stock G6 hardtop convertibles and $500 off all 2007 in-stock Solstice roadsters. These prices are in addtion all applicable rebates/incentives and GM card points.

I have 4 G6 convertibles and 2 Solstices in stock and they are as follows:

G6:
Black, Red, Silver, Blue/Goldmist metallic---all have leather and 3.9 V6 sport pkg....prices are from 30,854-30,640

Solstice:
Yellow and Red---both have polished wheels, leather, XM radio and 5 speed auto....prices are from 26,074-25,879

I saw a black Solstice the other day at a Caddilac dealership for$26,500. They look pretty sharp. I heard the dealers were marking them up. I also heard rumors of a turbo charged engine.

holy cow....ALL OF THEM SOLD YESTERDAY!

yes, some dealers were marking them up 3-7K, we had $1500 on our first 3 and then sold them for nothing less than sticker. Turbo engine is available now, but we haven't gotten our first ones yet. The GXP Turbo model starts at 25,995+destination.

I can take one more order for a GXP, however those are going at 3K over list.

you'd have to contact Mallet Performance about that, they are not sold by GM dealers, as the modifications would void GM's new car warranty, but I am told Mallet warranties them also.

I have encountered a LS2 powered Solstice done by Performance Autowerks in the Chicago area...thing was super slick install and sounded wicked!

There are a few of them down here at dealerships. Looking at around $45k. Definately be a fun car.

Get the Mallet Supercharged LS6 with 650+hp  Its a $45k option and you supply the car, so you'll easily have $70k in it, but be faster than the new Corvette SS for less money :D

Wow, I'm surprised they're putting the SS badge on a Corvette. That'e never been done before. Regardless, it sounds like a pretty tough ride.

It is rumored it will be an SS, so who knows, it may be a new Stringray, or Blue Devil, or Z07...here's link to the "Car spy" page on it, I read a few little articles here and there about it, think I even saw something on GMHTP about it.
