Can't imagine doing anything there but I'd clean the oil pump pickup tube, do rear main seal, and check timing chain. Maybe waterpump since it's so easy.
Yep, have installed new water pump, timing chain, gears and tensioner. Redid the main seal about 500 miles ago and only have 35k miles on the engine so gonna leave the bearings alone...rear main bearing shell looked fine when I R&R'd the rear seal. Pick up was clean as a whistle too...just how clean is a whistle anyway
I was wondering if I should remove the carbon on the piston tops or along the very top of the cylinder wall??
