Anything Worth Keeping in a Turbo-200?

I bought a standard Regal for my next project car. It had a 307 and a Turbo 200 trans in it. I'm considering using a 200-4R for this build so is there anything worth keeping off of the 200? Are any internals the same that I should hang onto or should I scrap it.

The 200 is one of the better trannys when built right. It's lighter than a 350 and can be built pretty well. See if you can sell it before you scrap it.
