t+d roller rockers are adjustable
loosen the nut turn the allen screw in the center to adjust then tighten the nut
but if you have to ask you shouldnt be messing with the adjustment
the heads are stock 8445 castings used on the 85-87 turbos and even the carbed 3.8 , cant say anymore on their current state but if they have T=d roller rockers they should have been clearanced on the pedastils sides and if theres a roller cam then the exhaust guides would have been cut down for seals
heads could be ported or stock you'd have to dig deeper
hard to see with the pic focus but the rockers can be 1.55 1.60 or 1.65 ratio , looks like 1.65
