Arm's co.'s refusing to sell to NYPD!

I applaud these companies.
It appears that the ammunition companies should do the same thing.
Would that be considered the beginning of a revolt?

You not understanding what Im saying. The manufacures fullfill the contracts of the Government/military, police, then the shelves. It is reverse supply and demand chain of events. They cant manufacture just one contract at a time and it doesnt matter what kind of ammo. There are only so many workers that can work overtime to fullfill many different orders.
