ARP Head Bolts & Head Gaskets Install Help

I am installing new Head gaskets [right now] and I was wondering what is the proper method for getting a good seal.

I am using GM Turbo head gaskets and an ARP Head bolt kit #123-3603.

I know the torque sequence and the torque rating for ARP bolts (85ft lb).

I have a choice between Permatex #2 (Form-A-Gasket Sealant) or Permatex 14A Thread Sealant w/ Teflon (I use this for pipe thread sealing mostly.
Which is better for head bolts??

And I am using 30Wt motor oil on the bolts for lub
(I was told to place oil on the heads of the bolts to fight friction and after sealant placed on threads add oil there too.) Is this correct???

Do I need to heat cycle (warm up engine several times then re-torque)??

Finally, I read some actual torque down the intake before fully torquing the heads. This draws the heads up so no shifting later.

Please help if U know info or if U have done these things. I am just trying to do it correctly and U guys are always so helpful. Why make a mistake that someone else has done?

Thanks,
Brandon
