Art Carr Deep Pan Question

After searching a while for the answer, does anybody know the TRUE capacity of a 2004r trans with an Art Carr deep pan? Maybe more important, what is the recommended quantity of trans fluid to put in? When I filled my trans up the first (and only) time since it's rebuild I cannot remember how much fluid it took, nor did I know how much I was really supposed to put in.

Just want to make sure I have the correct amount in there to make it last.

I have the Art Carr pan and fill it to the full line on the dipstick. I think it is 14-15 quarts. Check it hot in park.
