art carr shift kit

just recently installed an art carr shift kit. kit shifts fine 1st -3rd however, car car won't shift into OD unless i am at about 55mph and i let off the gas pedal for a moment. any ideas or should i take it to a tranny shop.

Back off the TV a click or 2 clicks and see if that makes a difference
