Assessing digital HVAC control

Can this control be bench tested?
I don't have car to test it. I do have a digital dash harness, a lot of pieces and parts, and a VOM.
I want to sell it but would like to tell someone it is functional.

Years ago, I built a test set for that control head, but haven't ever really used it for servicing them. Been sitting on the shelf although I can probably diagnose your C68 with it.

Austin, I was to suggest contacting John. I see you two are already have this addressed.

back in 2019 when I took a ride to RCG for the open house gathering and TB.com Nat's, John spent some time at the bench working with Richard to repair a C68 control head unit. Learned a lot being a casual observer for that session.
