Anyone having trouble with the fit. Got my bar and its tight. Looks like im going to have to shave some of it off. Using UMI lower bars.

Do a search for ATR.

I did and found reference to the bar being a tight fit with some UMI lowers.
A couple people had to squeeze the thing into place.No one said they had to shave anything

The ATR (and METCO) rear sway bar is often a tight fit but no shaving should be necessary.

Raise the rear of the car by the frame rails and allow the rear axle to hang on the suspension. The axle should be supported by a hydraulic jack to avoid damaging the brake lines. If the sway bar will not slide into place, disconnect the lower shock mounts to allow the rear to hang a bit further and the sway bar should install with minimal effort.

Just reviewed this thread..... that is my car

After driving around for 150 miles on that setup I rechecked the tq settings on the swaybar bolts and tightened them up a tad.

So far so good.....love the combination.
