It is an ATR Strip chip
HP 138TX-530SDL
COPYRIGHT 1990

Need to know everything and anything about it, please.

Since no one seems to know anything about this chip, I have gone to ATR and they said to send the chip back in for an exchange. My new question is:
how are there chips for 36# injectors w/ stock everything else?
Is it worth the $29.95 exchange?
