ATR dfouble pump set up and hot wire kit?

Just got an ATR DP set up and my car has a hot wire kit in it allready. Do I still use it and run all the wiring on the ATR kit? or just the wiring supplied by ATR?

My double pumper from them is a couple year sold, but I assume the wiring is still the same. The wiring I got with the kit had the main pump hotwired, and second pump running of the stock harness (maybe the other way around - don't remember exactly). But I used the hotwire kit I already had to hotwire the pump that was using the stock harness. They may have changed this design. But if they aren't both hotwired, and you already have a hotwire kit, why not hotwire both of them....

I bought this pump used so I guess I'm just going to use the hot wire kit. thanks
