Atr External Wastegate

Has 20# spring.Valve moves freely, diaphragm has no tears. Reason why I'm selling is because my ATR downpipe got erroded w/ rust at the flange where the valve seats to it. I opted to get a new Tial gate rather than buy a new DP.$120 shipped?....

By looking at the pic diaphram don't look too good but I could be wrong. Just becareful to not pinch the diaphram when you put the cap back on.
