ATR intercooler repair

I have a front mount ATR intercooler that has several leaks in the core and where the blow off valve attaches. You can't see the fins like on a regular stock location intercooler. I don't know what is inside....maybe it is the "bar and plate" design. The previous owner installed it in the mid 90's. Can this be repaired?

If it is small pin holes, use JB Weld. If there is a crack, it can be TIG welded. Make sure you sand the area before you apply JB Weld. Cracks can also be epoxied if they aren't carrying a load. (i.e. holding the blow off valve on.)
