ATR rear sway bar installation instructions

I'm in the process of installing the bar and was wondering if there is a proper way to do this.

Like does it matter if the rear of the car is jacked-up sitting on stands; i had to remove the tires to get the longer mounting bolts through the control arms, or should it be sitting level on the ground before tightening the bolts to secure the bar?

I was just curious if anyone had the instructions or knew if there was a procedure to follow for the installation.

The downpipe was hitting the bottom of the firewall after installing the bar.

I got it all taken care of now though.
