Atr Uppipe

Hey guys I just orderd a ATR upipe for my car and I tried putting it on but I cannot figure it out. Without the spacer plate from the old upipe it puts the bolts on the turbo in a bind and with the piece it wont line up. Does anyone have one on thier car

Its not easy...you gotta have that copper gasket on the turbo. Start the bolts at the header end then a little on the turbo end.

Gradually tighten them up at either end. The pipe will line up no problem. If you try it one end at a time - I had the same problem - it'll never work.
I used Permatex Ultra Copper gasket sealant on the header / up-pipe connection too. It tends to be leaky if you don't.

Did you try loosing the 3 nuts that hold the turbo to the eng? Let the turbo find the position that fits best.
