It is regrettable that we had to resort to the extreme measure of suspending ALL advertising, threads and discussion concerning KME.
When the new administration obtained the board, the goal was mandated to make this the best of its kind. Honesty, integrety, good member relations are foremost in our policy. We will NOT allow this to be tarnished or degraded by an individual, or paying advertiser.
I have personally talked with Keith extensively in trying to have him establish proper communication with us and his customers. His Buick products are very good. His customer service and business procedures are lacking, and have caused his suspension from our board to prevent our reputation from being degraded as well.
As hard as we tried, the problems that we attempted to moderate did not get accomplished due to the on-going problem of lack of communication on Keith's part. I am distressed that his customers now on their own to resolve their individual issues. It is not our intention to spend MANY of our valuable hours trying to mediate or get information to satisfy vendor customer complaints. This is not necessary with any other board member
It is hoped in the near future Keith can get his Buick business to a point where it is operating nicely and be re-instated here if he desires.
In the meantime, ALL reference to KME, his products, his past actions will NOT be allowed. We will immediately delete any thread or post without warning that violates this rule.
