I had a snow performance kit on my previous project. One time the controller failed on me and flooded my car with methanol. SNow performance replaced the controller free of charge, however. Otherwise a great product.

Luckily you did not hydraulic the engine. I doubt they would have paid for the bent connecting rods or crank and broken starter.

Welcome! All it's really saying there is Labonte MotorSports has designed and manufactured the VC series of progressive water methanol injection controllers and SafeInjection systems that were marketed though Snow Performance. And now Labonte Motorsports is taking Snowperformance to court. no big deal really. It's not saying your kits are bad but if you would like to clear things up on this subject please feel free.
