Audiable Knock sensor constantly on

When I purchased my car it came with a casper audible know sensor that was mounted inside the console. I can hear it trigger when the key is turned on. Problem is it stays on. I am guessing its a bad ground but a not sure. I'm betting one of you had the same problem at one time or another. Can anyone help?

Found I had no power to one of my positive wires. I had disconected a secondary power block that powered the knock sensor when I removed my stereo system for my roll bar installation.
