Avatar function NOT WORKING!!

I was trying to change my avatar and it keep showing up really small, I checked my sizing and everything is where it's supposed to be and noting is working to make it normal size!!

I was using the (Browse) function to upload the picture.

PS: Below is the picture i'm trying to add..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Resizing isn't the problem! It's a problem with the sites function!!!

I used to resize them all the time without a single issue and now that there has been changes it does not work properly any more..
