B&M Oil Cooler part number?

What part number B&M oil cooler fits our cars? 70270 or the 70271? Also, do I need the Thermostatic control valve so that the oil dosen't get to cold?

I'm not sure about the P/N,but you shouldn't need the thermostatic control where you live.
