BA Pro 5.5 speakers - damaged. Need advice.

I just got some Boston Acoustic Pro 5.5 speakers for my car from eBay. Problem #1

The rubber surround has seperated where the other speaker layed on it in transit. It also dented the speaker cone slightly. Can I use some super glue to re-attach the cone and surround?

The tweeter dome is pushed in slightly in a couple of spots, does this affect the sound output of them? Can it be easily fixed?

They also failed to mention that no speaker grilles come in the auction. Can these be purchased seperately?

When did you get them? Recently? You can file a shipping damage claim.

Roger, I've fixed speaker surrounds by smearing some black Form-A-Gasket around the edge. Brought my dad's Crown Vic subwoofer back to life, not that he'd notice.
