Just helped my painter put my back window with some window trim i purchased from bob hebert. Well the problem is the trim fits well all the way around except for just around the top right corner.I know its the right trim because i bought it from bob the only thing i can think of is maybe its because it had a top on it before? Anyone came across this before?

I know this stupid answer but are the plastic clips that hold the trim the right ones. I have bought clips that look the same but up close they were totally different.

the clips wouldn't work on that side plus i got the clips from bob so they must be the right ones? its almost like they made the right side different from the left? i dont want to use filler on it so i am at a loss on this one???

its alil off topic on trying to help you, but i was wondering if you had to touchup any of these trim pieces. I will be putting mine back on in a week or so when car comes back from paint shop and i noticed that the trim piece around my pass windhshield has some paint peeling off it. Were these pieces powder coated originally? Also, they dont seem to be the same Satin Black as all the other trim(handles, wheel well, etc.), they look a lil more gloss than that stuff. I know they have never been messed with was hoping someone could chime on the best way to get these back looking good. Just seems to be that one piece that paint came off in the corner. Any suggestions?
