BAD day from a balance & rotate!!!

So mad!! Anyways my wife went and got her new tires balanced and rotated yesterday witch waited about 1.5 hrs and cost 20$. But though it was free with the life of the tires not anyways the ford place had done broken two lugs before and had to get fixed but haven't yet. So she only had 3 left on one wheel so I told her to get them rotated until we can get to the ford place and fix what they broke. So the local tire shop with only 3 studs left cross threaded one and the other two where loose. Wheel about to come off if I had not road with her to walmart lord nows what could have happen with 2 kids in the back. I just feel they should have told her instead of letting her leave with the kids that is what hurts my feelings. But I fixed today and cost 36$ and four hours and in the rain. So so mad to not think of someone anymore than that. But I will go by there tomorrow and raise some he'll.

Thats messed up. I would be pissed. Thank God the wheel never came off. I never let anyone leave if one of my techs screwed something up especially lug nuts. The dealer should have given her a loaner and fixed what they broke.

It was a saterday and said they could not fix. So ford messed up and the local tire shop to. There was a couple months between 3 studs would have been ok but not 2 loose ones and one half way on cross threaded!!

One of the reasons I take loose tire/wheels in to get tires mounted. It may seem like more work but when you figure in all the stuff others damage and I'm sure its right when I get done. Just better for me. Plus my vehicle isn't stuck there.

Had this happen to me many years ago. I spoke to the manager and explained that if they could not repair and anything happened when I drove away, I would own the store. It got fixed in 20 minutes. I would let the manager know that the person put your families life in danger, Do they want that person to still work there????? I would be highly pissed off and let them know how I feel.

Her vehicle should have never left the Ford shop. If they couldn't fix it she should have insisted they provide her a loaner. No way would I drive a car on 3 lugs that a professional shop broke off. Sending her off on 3 lugs is opening them up for a huge law suit.
