Bad door noise on bumps

Bad noise coming from driver side door on bumps. Sounds like loose metal from inside panel. Anyone have this kind of problem. Thanks.

Could be anything from a loose concert sound speaker to the door lock hardware and mechanism to window hardware/mechanism.....

Only one way to find out for sure open her up and check it out.
