Had some issues with a ScanMaster 3 that I purchased used about a year ago. Finally got the unit installed. It and it never communicated with the XFI.
Now . . . Most of us understand the value of the ScanMaster and the ability to monitor vitals and the gentlemen I purchased it from would not have sold it if was bad, so I was scratching my head for a week.

Reached out to @TurboBob @BAILEY Engineering and shipped the unit for a check-up. Bob looked into this unit and provided a service he didn’t have to. I mean really, the unit was purchased used and waaaay out of warranty.
Unit came back, plugged in, and it is working. Still not sure what happened, and probably wouldn’t understand anyway. Just wanted to publicly thank Bailey Engineering for a killer product, and product support!
