kit normally comes with two bags , 2 line kits came , 4 hose clamps ,2 exhaust clamps , 2 sheilds ( flat square metal plates )
two hose clamps are to install the sheild if needed on the tail pipe if clearance is too tight
one exhaust clamp is to replace the tailpipe clamp (usually rusted and breaks getting off ) to move the tailpipe if needed for more clearance
looks like you didnt get the sheild (metal plate)
