Base spark setting with axis and alky

I have the axis controller and axis chip. Just added alky so I want to correctly dial up the spark settings. I have HIGH (wot) set for 20.5 to be safe. The next step up would be almost 22. But the LOW setting (in vacuum but not at idle), My thought is to set this at 23 like low gear timing would be. Any thoughts?

Not much, if any, to gain by fiddling with that adjustment on the AXiS setup as the low setting is for 0psi and lower only.

626gn is correct, only change the Spark High load setting. The Spark Low is very low load, like cruising.
The Axis chip automatically add 2 degrees for the low gears.
