I have a large aquarium filled with large (evil) fish. When I go camping and my house sitter is in residence I leave a deep-cycle batter connected to an inverter should the power go out.
Should the power go out the instructions are simple...unplug aquarium power strip from wall...plug into inverter...turn on inverter.
Well...I am going to be going away for 4 days in a few weeks and NO house sitter :-(
Does anyone know if a switch..relay...whatever that I can connect to my battery and do the switching for me should the AC go out?
Something like a UPS for computers but running off the Deep-cycle for much longer periods of no AC.
thanks,
Will
