Free flow without pressure. Roughly 41 sec the pumps both filled each 12q bucket 3 1/8" for a total of 1.6 gallons combined. I'm running returnless fuel system in my car and what is going on is I'm getting 100% pump duty cycle on my logs and when this happens the injectors open up 100% to keep the motor from going lean. I'm switching to return this winter because I'm tired of fighting this fuel system but wanted to know if these pumps look healthy. They both flowed dead nuts even so is this telling me they are good? Opinions please?

on a 255lph pump i look for approx 1 gallon per minute at 70psi at 13v (rated approx 50gph at 70 psi)
im running a reds twin on racetronix hanger with -08 feed and -6 return see 1gallon per minute per pump flow out of the -06 return line at the tank

to do this i set the regulator screw to hold 70 psi and then run the return line to a bucket (not an open bucket but a fuel jug) and power the pump with a battery charger connected

at o psi the 255lph pump should move about 80 GPH or 1.3 gallon per minute per pump

Pacecarta, thanks for the feedback! Exactly the info I was looking for. I did check the voltage before the test at 12.4 volts but there was no charger hooked up. From a quick calculation one pump flowed .8 gallons in the 41 seconds so if I were to add another .4 gallons that would put me at roughly 1.2 gallons in 1 minute with less voltage. From the looks of things these pumps seem to be healthy so no need to spend more money there.

Also for this test I used water which from a quick google search is heavier than petrol gasoline.
