Best & cheapest place to ship to China w/delivery confirmation?

USPS doesn't provide tracking outside the US. UPS I have been told has some ungodly customs fee that the receiver has to pay on their end. How is FedEX or DHL? Or perhaps some other means?

I've used both, with good luck. Are you shipping to China or HK? Make sure you have customs documentation filled out thoroughly with realistic declared values. What are you shipping? A set of headers? (sorry I had to!)

Either way, I would work with an agent of theirs to make sure everything is ok before you ship the item. Having stuff sit in customs over there for months because you forgot a zero on the value sucks!

Actually it is a couple of sports jerseys. A guy in China wants them for 3 times what anyone out here is willing to pay. And he will be paying paypal with a legitimate address. I just want to make sure that I have delivery confirmation to protect me and prove that it got delivered. I know every time I offer to ship UPS out of the US, the buyers all tell me not to because they will have to pay some ridiculous customs fee. USPS doesnt have delivery confirmation out of the US, so I am either stuck with FEDEX or DHL. Just wonder what is the cheapest way.
