where is a good place to get a CHRA for a 87 GN turbo?

Did you try NAPA? I know they have BFH's, but I'm not sure if they have CHRA's.

Center Housing Rotating Assembly

You know, what's left of a turbocharger when you pull the turbine and compressor housings off (you do know what they are, right ) AKA center section.

ANY turbo vendor should be able to handle a stock CHRA. Or rebuild it yourself.
