Best price for upgrading stock ECM for large injectors?

I've asked this before but only had one response so here goes again. After my 4.1 build is completed I will be installing Siemens 83# injectors so I want to know who all upgrades the ECM's and who has the best price for doing so? Surely there is more than just one vendor or person who does this upgrade?

Red Armstrong and Bob Bailey (TurboBob here, or go through Full Throttle) are the only two I know of now doing them with the correct peak and hold drivers, and Red may not do them any more. I would expect pricing to be $125-150, but that's based on some old posts here.
