Best type of fluid?

whats the best kind of fluid to use for these. I have a brand new trans and i want to keep it healthy for the abuse i'm going to deal it

If your running a stage right style brake the Mobil 424 Multi-Purpose Transmission/Hydraulic Fluid is whats recommended by most. Some times it can be hard to locate.

Does this also apply for a stock or nearly stock trans?

Will it hurt a trans with some miles on it?

Is this like the old "use type F" thing?
