Best way to convert power front seat to manual?

Ptting Gn on a diet.How did you guys take the power seat tracks and convert to manual?What year car did you get them from?Thanks

Unbolt the power seat tracks/mechanism and associated wires, then bolt in manual tracks. Lots of G-body cars back into the late 70's used these tracks.

or maybe just trade your power for a manual seat plus some money

power seats have been going pretty expensive if all is working!

i have changes the seat tracks on my passenger seat before... very easy... 4 bolts or so and all is good

If you cant find the right seat tracks i.e. for buckets seats, than the split bench tracks will work. All the mounting points are in the same locations.

how much weight will this save?

if you do both seats?
