has anyone used the PODS (portable on demand storage) basically you load it up and thye ship it to you new house....they also store your items..

My buddy just sold his home in fla and used them,The bring em,you load them and they are shipping them here,Were it will be in storage til he has a new home,then they deliver,pretty damn resonable also,Theyll even bring them out if oyu need to remove something.

not positive but ill ask him tomorrow, He did need to use 2 to do the move though
 
My friends just moved and used them. They had a great experience with the PODS system.
 
PODS is one of those ideas where you go, "why didn't I think of that!" :mad:

I see quite a few of them around CT lately. It's a great concept, no one is going thru your stuff when moving except you.
 
one of the large freight companys are doing this also, except they bring you a trailer you load it & they move it. I'm not sure but I think it's Old Dominion.

It's called ABF U-pack. I've seen them use the 28' pup trailers.
