What is the best weed killer for Dollar and Clover? (Without killing the lawn of course :D ).

I used the "Ortho" and it does not kill it.
Anyone have success?

The best weed killer I have run across is called Platoon, but not sure how it is on grass, here at my shop goat heads and broadleaf weeds are awful,I've tried all kinds of stuff, I had a young kid who worked for me and his dad had a weed killing business and I bought some of this stuff, bad-ass, in two hours the weeds are already wilting, kills em to the roots.

If your wanting to kill just broadleaf weeds, save yourself some bucks & go to a local feed & seed and ask for 24D It's the active ingredient in most broadleaf killers you buy when buying name brand products. A gallon goes for about $20, which goes a long way when mixing it at 2.5 oz per gallon of water.

Snoop Dogg
Funny!
Whay about Randy Moss and his other friends?

Sounds potent!
Did it kill the lawn as well or was this not on a lawn?

Buy a goat. They'll eat your weeds, then you can eat them. Kinda like a corporate reward for doing a good job.:D

Whether it be a $70K rental property or one of the $4 million + homes we maintain, we use "3-Way" on all our lawns. It's sold by Lesco (www.lesco.com & now owned by John Deere Landscapes as of 2 days ago) & gets the job done on most everything "popping up" nowadays. "Stonewall" is a pre-emergent/fertilizer we use quite alot too.

Stick to driving trucks "Injun"

what in the HE double hockey sticks are you talking about? man you start cutting someones grass & now all of a sudden your Mr Greenjeans? what's up with that?

PS: Sheldon has the firebird, I dropped it off to him on Sat. he called me on Wen. AM & told me they already had the 2 new rear quarters welded on. that about blew my mind. I should have it back in about 2 more weeks.

Oh I've been "Johnny GreenThumb" for a while now! Ask Chuck about the "golf course" we had at my last house. Is he still in TN?

It's good to hear the "Bird" is finally getting taken care of. 'Ole Shelly can spray some black for sure. I'm off to buy a new JD 54" walk behind, so haul another dozer or 4 for me

I cant seem to find this stuff on their website. Got a direct link?

My yard is over run with weeds. Lack of a hard freeze has given them free reign.

Well,
Called the local store. They told me to "Spell it out" - "Three In one".
Still could not locate it that way ........ BUT WAIT!

This stuff is potent and therefore considered a controlled substance - a license is required for purchase. Active ingredient is 24D (??)

They also sell a "less potent" option under # 22211 ($22.00/50 lbs)
(I was unable to locate that product as well)

Since I want no part of the EPA, and I am not planning on obtaining a license, the search continues.

A controlled substance? What the hell? Ive never heard of anyone snorting weed killer.
