Who has the best weatherstrips that seal the window to the the roofline? I want the foam ones not the rubber ones. Can you still get em from GM? I saw some on www.buick-parts.com but don't know if they are foam or rubber. Anyone used these?

it's all still available from gm. i used soff seal in a car and they were too stiff and would not conform to teh shape of the window.

I have the gm windows and doors weather strip in boxes that I bought in 1990(I always buy extra stuff) and I decieded to change the weather strip on my car but didn't want to use up the gm originals so I bought the soft seal. The doors are great but the windows are sh%t.They dont bend right and they cut and paste the corners together which you can see and the windows don't seal right even after playing with the adjustments.

Same prob I'm having. I think these are softseal rubber weatherstrips. Even after adjusting the windows they leak and when going down the interstate at 75 they will suck out of track. Sux, I"m goin straight to GM for this piece...

Try to price the items at GMPARTSDIRECT.COM. I got mine from them about four months ago and been doing terrific job; no leaks, no noise.:D

STP.......LAST WEEK I REPLIED ON THE POST WITH PICTURES OF YOUR CAR AND HAD SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR CAR. YOU PROBABLY MISSED IT. WOULD YOU TAKE A LOOK, PLEASE? THANKS! ;)

I'd go with the GM strips. All the others I've seen don't fit good at all.
