The scam is a referral to a fake seller that relieves you of your money. There is no "part".
Once you pay, they disappear.

See above, I like many people fell victim to this as a newer member before I actually started connecting the dots. These people are typically a lower post count and newer members I have seen. I got scammed for 100 bucks. You email the person and then PayPal. And presto no part. Beware.
