How much and is it the stainless version of the down pipe?

they were both the mild steel, but the pipes are no good for GN use as they were modded for hybrid.

i dunno if you want just the elbow, i didnt realize you were looking for the whole assembly. sorry if I jumped that gun.

They had more than one production run on those. I think had one of the first and the pipe fit was beyond terrible. Just a heads up.
