BGC exhaust

I have one of there exhaust system 2 3/4 inch but the mufflers are shot. It looks like its off center and center outlet. I took a tape and got 15 inches on the body and just guessing another 3 for the tailpipes. What muffler would be a good replacemeant for this set up? Does anybody have this exhaust system also like to know what they used. Of yeah they were a flowmaster muff.

I have a clone of that system. I use the ULTRA FLOW"S.. Sounds good. very little drone..

Chuck do you have a 3 inch muffler then? It does not matter how load its is because i was use to the flowmaster sound. What one do you have chuck the oval one or something else?

Muffs??

I have the ovals. As I recall, the muffs are 3" and the pipes had to be "bumped" to fit.. Think they are actually 2 3/4". Theyre bout 16" plus the inlet/ outlet tubes..

Thanks Chuck just looked in summit and found Ultra flows off set and center out for 59.95 not to bad then. Thats was for the 3 inch. I can not use a striat threw muff correct? Like a pitbull or something.

Strait thru??

GMpwr6, The strait thru's don't work as they have to be moved out, off the driveshaft area where they hook to the pipes...

im 99% sure they re 3" flowmasters.

gmpower6-the mufflers are flowmasters,3" in and 3" out,the body of the muffler is 10" wide and 13" long ,the inlet is offset and the outlet is in the center.HTH matt

All ultraflows are a straight thru design. The offset outlets just use a straight inner pipe set at an angle. Maybe you mean "center in, center out".
