me--honey i am picking up a GN tonight
Honey -- no problem i'll go with you but why you already have a car??
Me -- it's a GN T-top like the one i had when we was dating.
Honey -- ok that can be my car,
Me -- yeah, cool, whatever -- (just need to get the car home and deal with that crap later)
3 years later (today)
Honey -- i am thinking about some decals for the buick.
Me-- ok, like what?
Honey -- Pink something, i am a girl and i like pink.
Me-- (screaming in my head argggggggggggggg, SFD) ok lets look at some pictures .

She is really pushing this pink crap, she wanted to paint the whole thing pink, I was like "it's a GN it can only be black"
I got her to go for the decals instead of paint, since the decals will look better than paint no matter how good the painter is. Lucked out there.
Peel them fuckers off in a few months. I hope.

I get whatever i want, She puts the slicks on the other car when at the track, she pushed for the LS build. Sometimes you just don't want to mess up the big picture over small things.

Make sure the car is kept indoor. Decals will "ghost" and you'll never be able to buff it out. It's like the paint gets a suntan line where the decal used to be.

It is going to stay black just with pink-ish flames/accents whatever that is called.
i am now trying to get the accents reduced to pinstripes and maybe a nickname by the door lock.

This guy makes custom badges out of flexible epoxy resin stuff. They look good. You could send him some specs of GN badges and he could make them with pink power 6s and maybe other BUICK pink badges. Then just swap badges and you get the pink accents and enhance the car too. I've seen what he made for Challengers when I had mine and they are really nice. I think they are about $45 each.
