blazer spindle and hubs + 12" LS1 rotors and calipers

So if you already have the blazer spindle and sealed bearing hubs you still need an adapter plate to mount the camaro calipers I see flyinbye has an adapter to mount vette calipers and use the 13" rotor but what if you just want to use the ls1 12" rotor and caliper
