BLM or INT

Noticed something on my DS data from last night. At WOT the INT, not the BLM was locked on 128. Which is the computer reading INT or BLM?

The PCM uses the intantaneous values of BLM in the cell being accessed. When going into PE, the INT should go to 128 and the BLM value will be whatever is in cell 15, unless you have a chip that has the "block lock patch" which it sounds like you don't have.
