is it normal for BLM's to be higher during startup?

BLM's were around 137 , after fully warm around 165 degress it went down to 127.

I don't believe blm's will change when in openloop so they'll stay the same until the car warms and goes into closed loop and then only when in learn mode. So the 137 probably would've been set when the car was last shut off.

Forget about em unless they're almost pegged one way or the other. That's what they're there for, changing conditions.
