Blow off valve

I've got a Tial style blow off valve for sale. It is brand new never been used. I've decided not to run a BOV.

$100 shipped UPS ground to the lower 48.

What is shown in the pictures is all I received when I bought it off ebay.

I think it needs a mount flange to weld onto the up pipe.

supposed to be 38mm, it was advertised as a Tial style. I really don't know too much about it. It was a late night impulse Ebay purchase.
